Our programs are powered by volunteers who share their time and skills. Whether you mentor a student, help run a workshop, or connect us with your community, there is a place for you at CIF.
WAYS TO HELP
Connecting the tech sector to the neighborhoods it serves is something we do through people, not statements. Students from UCI and OCC facilitate our workshops, our PIMCO relationship brings corporate volunteers into the classroom, and our board includes practitioners from Blizzard and Amazon. These are the roles that make that real.
We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds. You do not need to be an AI expert, just a willingness to help your community learn and grow.
Workshop Facilitator
Help lead hands-on AI workshops for residents and small business owners. Great for practitioners who enjoy teaching.
Student Mentor
Guide students in the Innovators Lab as they design and prototype AI tools for real community needs.
Community Partner
Connect us with local businesses, nonprofits, and neighbors who could benefit from our programs.
