Before You Start

Make sure you have access to these free tools before starting:

  • Google account — needed for Gemini and Google Sheets
  • Gemini — go to gemini.google.com and sign in
  • Google Sheets — go to sheets.google.com (Gemini in Sheets is available with a Google account)
  • LinkedIn account — free tier is fine for the search strategies

Fill in the Business Context form on the Prompt Library page before starting — it auto-populates your details into every prompt.

Have a Google Doc and the Lead Tracker template ready. You'll save output to both throughout the course.

Walkthrough for Module 1

Step-by-step:

  1. 1.Open Gemini (gemini.google.com) in a new tab.
  2. 2.Copy the "Small Business Market Analysis (Guided)" prompt from the Prompt Library.
  3. 3.Answer each interview question Gemini asks — the more detail you give, the better your output.
  4. 4.When Gemini finishes, save the full output to Google Docs as "Market Analysis — [Your Business] — [Date]."
  5. 5.Run the "Refine Your Market Analysis" prompt to sharpen the ICP pain points and develop your strongest value proposition.
  6. 6.Update your Google Doc with the refined output.
